Terminal 1 & 2: Projects
The Terminal office complex is a two-phase development now occupied by Columbia College (PH 1) and the Canada Revenue Agency (PH 2).
Design and approvals required a rezoning (prior to the False Creek Flats plan), achieving additional density with no requirement for a Community Amenity Charge (CAC).
Construction involved piling and sheet piles on extremely challenging tidal flats soils conditions. However both phases were brought in on schedule and under budget.
