PURPOSE BUILT RENTAL

Fraser & 19th is a six-storey, purpose built rental building with ground floor retail.  Approvals required a full City of Vancouver rezoning and development permit. 

A key component of energizing the rental sector in Metro-Vancouver, and a design driver for this building, is a focus on neighbourhood (and neighbourhood enriching retail) and amenity, both within an external to the building.
